Terms and Conditions

ForiSay provides an AI-powered assistant that connects to your WhatsApp Business number to automatically reply to customer inquiries, qualify leads, and assist with sales conversations, along with a dashboard to manage conversations and configure the assistant.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the business you register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

The Service integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. Your use of WhatsApp through the Service is also subject to Meta's and WhatsApp's terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with those policies, including messaging and commerce policies. We are not responsible for actions taken by Meta on your WhatsApp account.

You agree to: provide accurate business and configuration information; use the Service only for lawful purposes; obtain any necessary consent from your customers to message them; not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or prohibited content; and ensure the accuracy of product, pricing, and other information you provide to the AI. You are responsible for the content generated on your behalf and for reviewing AI replies where appropriate.

The AI generates replies based on the information you configure and on language-model technology. While we build safeguards to improve accuracy, AI replies may contain errors. You acknowledge that AI output is provided on a best-effort basis, and you are responsible for monitoring conversations and using the human-takeover features provided. We are not liable for business decisions, commitments, or losses arising from AI-generated replies.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees, billing cycles, and plan details are shown at purchase. Fees are payable in advance. WhatsApp conversation charges billed by Meta are separate and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for applicable fees.

Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Cancellation/Return/Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You may not: reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without authorisation; use it to violate any law or third-party rights; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or use it to harm minors or send illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Triad Labz (Private) Limited. You retain ownership of your business data and content. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triad Labz (Private) Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your messaging of customers, or your breach of these Terms.

Either party may terminate with notice. On termination, your access ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period, subject to our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the platform or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
